AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LED LIGHT STRIP INSIDE CHILLER OF GALLEY 2 HAS BURNT OUT AND CAUSED A SHORT WITH EXPOSED WIRE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LED LIGHT STRIP IAW CMM 25-24-22.
