AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: RT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT IS INOP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED R/H FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT LAMP, NO HELP. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING REQUIRE IAW AMM 33-51-00.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT BATTERY PACK (M1676) IAW AMM 33-51-06 PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY LIGHT OPERATIONAL TEST IAW AMM 33-51-00.
