AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DEU2 FAILED IN FLIGHT PROMPTING EEC'S IN ALTERNATE MODES. FO FLIGHT DIRECTOR HAD MULTIPLE FAILURES WITH DEU FAIL. DECESION MADE TO DIVERT TO MIA, AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REF MIC 7585471 REPLACED NR 2 ENG ROTOR ALTELNATOR IAW AMM 73-21-08.
