AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR RIGHT FORWARD CABIN ECAM UPON LANDING. HAD AN AMBER DOOR LIGHT AS WELL. MAINTENANCE CLEANED RIGHT FORWARD CABIN DOOR PROXIMITY SWITCH, DOOR CLOSED AND LOCKED INDICATION CHECKED GOOD PER AMM 52-71-00.
