AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AFTER STARTING DECENT FORM 12000 FT ON STAR A/P WENT INTO CWS. AS A PRECAUTION AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FCC-B PER AMM 22-11-33. ALL REQ'D TESTS PASSED.
