## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED:  ATC ADVISED THE CAPTAIN THAT A TIRE MIGHT HAVE LEFT DEBRIS ON THE RUNWAY. DECESION WAS MADE TO DIVERT TO CLT AND AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. AIRCRFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE THE RIGHT INBOARD TIRE ( NUMBER 3) IS DESTROYED AND REPLACED NR 3 MLG TIRE IAW AMM 32-45-11.
