## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: INFO TO MX: CABLE BETWEEN WINDOW AND FRAME RESULTING IN LOUD SQUEAL ONCE  AIRBORNE.  AIRCRAFT PRESSURIZED NORMALLY. INFO NOTED: DECESION MADE TO RETURN TO MIA AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT LANDED OVERWEIGHT WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND CAPT'S HEADSET CABLE PINCHED BETWEEN WINDOW AND FRAME AND ACCOMPLISHED CABIN PRESSURE LEAK TEST IAW AMM 05-51-91. NO LEAKS OR SQUEALS NOTED. AIRCRAFT OK FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
