AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ON CLIMB OUT AND ON DESCENT ALL THREE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORT VERY STRONG DIRTY SOCK SMELL IN FRONT AND REAR OF CABIN.  NOTHING WAS NOTICED IN FLIGHT DECK - MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED SMOKE ODOR FUME TROUBLE SHOOTING JOB CARD 26L00021001 AND FOUND A LIGHT ELECTRICAL SMELL THAT WAS POSSIBLY CAUSED BY 2 POPPED CIRCUIT BREAKERS PLACED ON MEL PREVIOUSLY - MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE HEPA FILTER AND THE ODOR IS NO LONGER PRESENT
