## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: CLIMBING OUT OF LGA, FLT CONT CAUTION MESSAGE AND BOTH CA AND FO ELECTRICAL TRIM WOULD NOT FUNCTION. DECESION MADE TO DIVERT TO JFK, EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT LANDED OVERWEIGHT WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED STAB TRIM CONTROL RELAY (R64) PER FIM 27-41-00-810-804.
