AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: REF OPS CHEK EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYS WORK CARD 78T21033001.  DOOR 4L REMOTE WELS CONTROL BATTERY POWER IS FAILED, MAINT MESG 33-11407. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED DOOR 4LH REMOTE WELS CONTROL UNIT BATTERY PER FIM 33-50-F1-74A-421A.  EMERGENCY LIGHT AT 4LH WORK OK.
