AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED:  SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF NO. 12 TIRE INDICATES LOWER PRESSURE NOTED TO 227 PSI AFTER INDICATION PLUS STATUS MESSAGE.  RETURN TO MIA.  FUEL DUMPING BEGAN AT 128000 POUNDS OF FUEL. 56000 POUNDS DUMPED AND A LANDING FUEL OF 72000 POUNDS.  DID NOT DECLARE EMERGENCY.  FLIGHT WAS NOT OVERWEIGHT.  AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REMOVED & REPLACED #12 MAIN WHEEL ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 32-45-01.  TIRE ASSY SERVICED TO 220 PSI IAW 12-15-03.
