## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE CORRECTLY IN FLIGHT. YOU HAVE TO SLAM IT OR THE DOOR WILL POP BACK OPEN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FLIGHT DECK DOOR ELECTRIC STRIKE IAW AMM 52-51-03.
