AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: GIRT BAR BRACKET ON FWD ENTRY DOOR IS LOOSE AND FAILS TO HOLD GIRT BAR.  ADJUSTED SCREWS FOR FLOOR MOUNTED GIRT BRACKET.  OPS CHECK OK IAW AMM 25-66-02.
