## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED:  EMERGENCY DECLARED; AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  NO FLAPS OR LEADING EDGE DEVICES AT 210KTS FLAPS 1 AND STOPPED WITH A SPLIT ABOUT 1/2 DEGREE OF FLAP.  FOLLOWED QRH AND GOT SLATS.  TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM.  RESET CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND SYSTEM.  PERFORMED TESTS, PASSED IAW AMM 22-11-00, FIM 31-61-00 AND AMM 27-81-00.  NO FAULTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
