AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AN ODOR IN THE CABIN A FEW MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF AND THEN AGAIN ON DESCENT GOING THROUGH 10K - THE FLIGHT CREW ALSO REPORTED A STRONG OIL ODOR IN FLIGHT DECK AFTER LANDING - MAINTENANCE HAS ISOLATED THE SOURCE OF THE ODOR TO THE APU AFTER IDENTIFYING EVIDENCE OF OIL LEAKS.
