## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED INBOUND INTO PHX DUE TO THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTING THAT THE AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED DURING TAKEOFF AND INITIAL CLIMB THAT THEY FELT A RHYTHMIC AIRFRAME VIBRATION - THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED CONFIGURATIONS INCLUDED FLAPS 2 THRU FLAPS 0. AS WELL AS DURING APPROACH THEY FELT THE RHYTHMIC VIBRATION THROUGHOUT CABIN WITH FLAP 1 DEPLOYED - THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT PHX WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT - MAINTENANCE HAS FOUND EXCESSIVE PLAY AT THE ATTACHMENT POINTS ON BOTH ELEVATORS.
