## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE IN FLIGHT. DOOR IS BOUND AND DIFFICULT TO CLOSE AND LOCK. LOUD GRINDING NOISE. PROBLEM DOES NOT EXIST ON GROUND, ONLY IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE COULD NOT DUPLICATE LOUD GRINDING NOISE, ADJUSTED TOP RIGHT CORNER OF DOOR CLEARANCE PER AMM 52-51-00-501. DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES FINE ON GROUND. OK FOR SERVICE.
