AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY PROXIMITY LIGHTING AT SEAT ROW 18 RIGHT AISLE (FORWARD LIGHT) INOP.  NOT CONNECTED UNDER SEAT 18H.  REMOVED & REPLACED SEAT 18H ARM ENDCAP ASSY TO END CAP WITH THE CORRECT LIGHTING CONFIGURATION.
