## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: 30-65A WIN WIPER - UNCOMMANDED MOVEMENT OF LEFT WINDOW WIPER WHILE IN PARK DURING CLIMB OUT AT ABOUT 11000FT. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING DECESION MADE TO DIVERT TO CLT TO SWITCH AIRCRAFT AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ON CAPTAINS #1 WINDOW UP TO STEP I,2,C IAW AMM 30-42-21.
