AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: 2L DOOR SLIDE INDICATES DISARMED ON LOWER ECAM IN FLIGHT HOWEVER IT INDICATES ARMED AT THE DOOR. IT INDICATED ARMED PRIOR TO PUSHBACK ON LOWER ECAM.  (OPEN)
