AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE USING DOOR HANDLE. MUST ENGAGE UNLOCK SWITCH TO OPEN DOOR. MAINTENANCE ADJUST FLIGHT DECK DOOR LATCH MECHANISM PER AMM 52-51-21. OPS CHECK GOOD.
