AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DURING J/C 72C20033099 FUNCTIONAL CHECK EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS FOUND ROW 11G-15G EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 33-51-06. OPS TEST GOOD ROW 11G-15G OPERATED NORMAL.
