AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED:  ONE EMERGENCY FA FWD FLASHLIGHT NOT TESTING CORRECTLY. REMOVE AND REPLACED  FWD FA FLASHLIGHT AND BASE IAW AMM 25-64-00.
