## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FWD ENTRY DOOR GIRT BAR DIFFICULT TO ENGAGE OR DISENGAGE.  NSPECTED AND FOUND L1 DOOR GIRT BAR AFT HEAT SHRINK TUBING DAMAGED.  REMOVE LOOSE DAMAGED TUBING, ABLE TO ARM AND DISARM GIRT BAR WITH NO ISSUES.  PERFORMED INSPECTION OF FWD ENTRY DOOR GIRT BAR IAW AMM 25-66-01.  NO DAMAGE NOTED TO GIRT BAR NO ISSUES ENGAGING OR DISENGAGING.
