AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: THE FWD SERVICE DOOR GIRT BAR DOES NOT LATCH PROPERLY BELOW THE RETENTION SPRING ON THE LEFT SIDE.  CLEANED DEBRIS FROM LATCH AND LUBRICATED. OPS CHECK GOOD PER AMM25-66-02.
