AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ON DESCENT OUT OF 10,000 FLIGHT DECK HAD AN ELECTRICAL SMELL. DISSIPATED BY 6,000. MAINTENANCE PERFOMED GVI OF COCKPIT C/B PANELS AND ALL E&E BAYS. FOUND RELAY 7HG (LH RECIRC FAN CONTROL) DAMAGED. REPLACED RELAY 7HG IAW ESPM 20-46-50. REF MIC 0150691.
