AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 20 AND 21 EMERGENCY WHITE PATHWAY LIGHT INOP. MAINTENANCE FOUND BROKEN WIRES AT SIDEWALL TERMINATION (7261VC). RETERMINATED WIRING IAW ESPM 20-44-11 AND AWM 33-51-07 OPS CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 33-51-00.  ALL LIGHTS OPERATIVE.
