IAH - WHILE AT THE GATE, THE FORWARD SERVICE DOOR EMERGENCY SLIDE WAS INADVERTENTLY ACTIVATED AND FAILED TO FULLY DEPLOY.  REPLACED FORWARD SERVICE DOOR EMERGENCY SLIDE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.  (M)
