NRT - FLT T0061 - VIDEO CONTROL BOX FAILURE CAUSED SMOKE TO ISSUE FROM SEAT 14E PERSONAL CONTROL UNIT (PCU).  REPLACED WIRING HARNESS FOR DEPLOYMENT UNIT, VIDEO CHECKED GOOD.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED, NORMAL OPERATION.  (X)
