DURING C CHECK, FOUND NR 5 HORIZONTAL BEAM IN FORWARD ENTRY DOOR CRACKED AT THE BOLT HOLE AT THE CENTER OF THE BEAM.  REPAIRED BEAM IAW SRM DRAWING NR K05159.
