CAPTAIN'S CLEARVIEW WINDOW WOULD NOT OPEN.  FOUND UPPER HOOK NOT CLEARING TO ALLOW WINDOW TO OPEN.  ADJUSTED UPPER ROD WINDOW IAW DC-9 MM, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
