COULD NOT MOVE AILERON TRIM WHEEL DURING DESCENT INTO ILN.  LUBED AND INSPECTED LT, RT AND WHEEL WELL AILERON LINKAGES.  OPERATED AILERON TRIM THROUGH NUMBEROUS TIMES.  OPERATED NORMAL.
