LEFT FLAP LOWER OUTBOARD SURFACE HAD NUMEROUS PLACES WITH SURFACE CORROSION AND EVIDENCE OF INNER CORROSION. SKIN BULGED AROUND RIVET HEADS. REPAIRED TRAILING EDGE SEGMENT IAW DC-9 SRM.
