EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT TURN ON WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IN ON POSITION.  REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY BATTERIES IAW DC9 MM 33-53-02-4.
