DURING MAINTENANCE ON WO 600267980, UPPER FORWARD CARGO DOOR FORWARD HINGE PIN WAS SHEARED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD HINGE PIN IAW DC8 AMM 20-10-0.
