FIRST OFFICER'S CLEARVIEW WINDOW WOULD NOT OPEN.  FOUND UPPER LOCK OFF THE TRACK.  REPOSITIONED WINDOW LOCK MECHANISM.  OPS CHECK GOOD IAW DC9 AMM 56-10-00.
