AT APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET ON TAKEOFF, RIGHT ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALLED.  EGT EXCEEDANCE OF 1053 DEGREES WAS RECORDED.  ENGINE FAILED ON FINAL.  REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE IAW JOB CARD 7010.
