DELAMINATION TO THE COMPOSITE STRUCTURE OF THE VERTICAL STABILIZER PANEL P/N 175T2001-2 AT FRONT SPAR STATION 15 AND FRONT SPAR STATION 50. THE PANEL WAS REPAIRED. THE AIRPLANE WAS GROUNDED.
