## Discrepancy

RIGHT ENGINE START VALVE WILL NOT OPEN.  AIRCRAFT BTB AND GROUNDED.  R & R RT ENGINE START VALVE, IAW B-767 AMM 80-11-02.  OPERATIONS GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RELEASED.
