AFTER BLOCK OUT RUDDER RATIO LIGHT AND EICAS MESSAGE BTB AND GROUNDED.  PERFORMED RESET ON RRCM, YAW DAMPER COMPUTER, AS PER AMM 27-21-00.  OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RELEASED.
