FLAP/SLAT ELEC STATUS MESSAGE AFTER PUSHBACK, MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED AFTER SHUT DOWN.  AIRCRAFT BACK TO BLOCK AND GROUNDED.  PERFORMED BITE TEST OF FSEU, IAW FIM 27-51 FAULT TREE 808 TESTED GOOD.  NO FAULTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RELEASED.
