APU PNEUMATIC PRESSURE WENT TO ZERO AFTER PUSHBACK AIRCRAFT BACK TO BLOCK AND GROUNDED BY MAINTENANCE, CYCLED APU. REGAINED DUCT PRESSURE AFTER RESTART. OPERATED BOTH PACKS. W/ PRESSURE BUILDING. IAW AMM 49-52-00. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR FLIGHT.
