AILERON LOCK-OUT EICAS  MSG AFTER LEAVING BLOCKS. BACK TO BLOCK AND AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RH SAM.AIRCRAFT IAW B767 AMM 27-11-02 WAS RETURNED BACK TO SERVICE.
