## Discrepancy

RH ENG WOULD NOT START. WILLNOT GET ANY ROTATION ,WHEN, "GND " IS SELECTED, AIRCRAFT BACK TO BLOCK AND GROUNDED BY MAINTENANCE. ENGINE STARTER WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW AMM 80-11. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR FLIGHT.
