RADAR WOULD NOT TEST ON TAXI OUT. AIRCRAFT BTB AND GROUNDED BY MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED RADAR GROUND TEST, TEST  NORMAL IAW B767 AMM 34-43-00. AIRCRAFT REMAINS ETOPS 180 OPERATIONAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
