## Discrepancy

UNABLE TO GET LEFT FUEL CUT OFF SWITCH TO GO INTO RUN DETENT.  AIRCRAFT BACK TO BLOCK AND GROUNDED BY MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED DEBRIS AND REPLACED LIGHT PLATE IAW AMM 76-11-09.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
