DURING FLIGHT R1 WINDOW CRACKED ACROSS FULL PANE. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO (LAS) AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED BY MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED R1 WINDOW IAW 56-11-01. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
