AIRCRAFT BACK TO BLOCK AND GROUNDED BY MAINTENANCE.MAINTENANCE R+R EQUIPMENT COOLING LOW FLOW DETECTOR IAW B767 AMM 21-58-12. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
