#2 ENGINE DID NOT ROTATE WHEN SELECTED TO START. AIRCRAFT BACK TO BLOCK AND GROUNDED BY MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RH STARTER, REF AMM 80-11-01 OPS CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
