AFTER TAKE UPON RETRACTING FLAPS TO UP POSITION SO LEADING EDGE SLAT ASYMMETRY EICAS, CAUTION. ACCOMPLISHED NON-NORMAL RETURNED FOR LANDING IN CVG AFTER LANDING MTX GROUNDED A/C AND FOUND FSEU WITH "LVRI NOT IN DETENT" 27-51040.  ACCOMPLISHED M604 RUDT ADJUSTMENT IAW B767 AMM 27-51-26.  OPS AND BITE CHECK GOOD.  CYCLED FLAPS AND SLATS, NO FAULTS AT ANY POSITION  AND RETURNED AC TO SERVICE AND DEPARTED .
